Employee Health and Welfare Benefits - Open Enrollment 2022

Before you enroll, please read the important information below:

 
Open Enrollment for 2022 is from October 8 - 22, 2021. Please complete the process below prior to the end of Open Enrollment to ensure your benefits will continue on January 1, 2022.

There are no plan changes, no co-pay increases and no employee contribution increases for 2022. There is a NEW United Healthcare Plan called Harmony. Please see information regarding this new plan in the summary document below.

There may be slight increases to members who pay a percentage or all of their premium costs but these increases continue to be modest and well below what is seen in the insurance industry in other sectors.
