Employee Health and Welfare Benefits

During the open enrollment period of October 2, 2017 to October 20, 2017, all employees must make benefits selections to ensure continued benefits coverage as of January 1, 2018. Even if you decline taking benefits from CUSD (classified, confidential and management only), you must still click on the link below to notice the District you are declining benefits.

Note: Optum Health is the primary benefit for both providers. With either plan, you can access these services without a referral from your primary doctor. If a Kaiser member uses the Kaiser Pain Management Clinic, that physician may refer the member for chiropractic and/or acupuncture care through a Kaiser provider.
